How Indian Are You?

I have some problems with the how Indian are you quiz, but here is what I got. 47%!! That's even lower than what Jerry or Aksa
got! What is wrong with me? But you know, there is an issue with this
quiz. It was obviously created by a Hindu that believes that unless you
are Hindu- you aren't Indian. It's obvious from the first question on
the quiz: "Do you eat meat?". Well yeah, I eat meat- I eat lots of
meat, I eat meat for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Doesn't make me any
less Indian. I don't have to be a Hindu to be Indian. Christianity has
been in existence in India for over a thousand years- it is safe to say
that Indians are Christians too. So yea, the quiz is biased so the
answers don't stand. Ergo, I believe I am more Indian than the guy who
made the quiz. And I think you would agree, eh?

and i can't believe pinku got 96%....decruz is rite fer sure...that quiz is biased
this site has an interesting write up on the origin and spread of christianity. and contrary to popular belief it was not brought in by the europeans.
i agree wtih your comment on the "hindu" centric nature of definition of culture. But it is much more than that - it is a very North Indian Hindu view of the rest of India.
